Pengaruh tret personaliti, sokongan ibu bapa dan efikasi-kendiri dalam membuat keputusan kerjaya terhadap jangkaan hasil kerjaya pelajar universiti

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti pengaruh tret personaliti, sokongan ibu bapa, efikasi-kendiri dalam membuat keputusan kerjaya terhadap jangkaan hasil kerjaya pelajar universiti. Kajian ini melibatkan 765 orang responden yang terdiri daripada pelajar universiti tahun akhir. Terdapat empat instrumen kajian yang digunakan untuk mengukur pemboleh ubah iaitu International Personality Item Pool (IPIP), Skala sokongan ibu bapa, Efikasi-kendiri membuat keputusan kerjaya-ringkasan dan Career Decision Making Outcome Expectancies Scale. Dapatan kajian mendapati efikasi-kendiri dalam membuat keputusan kerjaya, tret personaliti Ekstraversi dan Keterbukaan adalah peramal yang signifikan dan menyumbang kepada jangkaan hasil kerjaya pelajar universiti. Implikasi daripada kajian ini menunjukkan bahawa tret personaliti, efikasi-kendiri dalam membuat keputusan kerjaya dan jangkaan hasil kerjaya dapat membantu pelajar tahun akhir untuk merancang kerjaya dengan lebih baik.
