About the Journal
PENDETA [ISSN 1823-6812/ eISSN 2600-8696] Journal was first published in 2005. The focus of the journal is to publish manuscripts that focus on research-based articles, case studies, Innovation in teaching and learning relevant to the journal interest. PENDETA looks forward to receiving original manuscripts from ASEAN region which looked at the area of Malay-focused language, culture, literature, education and pedagogy and comparison between some of the languages in ASEAN and European countries.
The aim of the PENDETA journal is to serve as an international forum for academicians, researchers, theorists, practitioners and policy makers to promote, share, collaborate and discuss various new issues and developments in the Malay language. All manuscripts must be prepared in Malay language or English language and will be subjected to a rigorous peer-review process.
