Author Guidelines
There are NO ARTICLE PROCESSING CHARGES or SUBMISSION FEE.
Large Language Model Usage
Authorship entails responsibility for the work, which is not entirely relevant to Large Language Models such as ChatGPT. Comprehensive documentation of the utilization of a Large Language Model should be included in the Methods section or other suitable alternative section of the manuscript.
Formatting Requirements
Starting from 2023 Edition, we're adopting the APA Style 7th Edition for all references, along with an updated template. Kindly refer to the References section to review the template.
Article’s Title
- Sentence case
- Indented left
- Font Times New Roman
- Font size 12
- Bolded font
Name and Affiliation of Each Author
- Leave one blank line after the title.
- Indented left.
- Font Times New Roman
- Font size 10
- Write the author(s)’ name on the same line (non-bold and non-italic).
- Write the institution of each author on the next line (Italic).
- Include country if not Malaysian institution(s).
- Provide the corresponding author’s email on the next line.
- Leave 2 blank lines after the corresponding author’s email.
Abstract
- 150-250 words in length
- Indent 1 cm from left and 1.62 cm from right margins.
- Do not contain any undefined abbreviations or unspecified references.
- Leave one line after the abstract and provide 4 to 6 keywords which can be used for indexing purposes. Each keyword is to be followed by a comma. Keywords must be arranged in alphabetical order.
Text
- The body of the paper should begin immediately after the title, author text and abstract.
- Use a normal, plain font (size 10, Times New Roman) for text, single spacing and justified.
- Indent the start of each paragraph except for the first paragraph under each heading.
- Use italics for emphasis.
- Use the automatic page numbering function to number the pages (footer).
- Do not use field functions.
- Use tab stops or other commands for indents, not the space bar.
- Use the table function, not spreadsheets or figures, to visualize tables.
- Save your file in docx format (Word 2007 or higher) or doc format (older Word versions).
- Word count should be between 5000-8000 words (including tables and acknowledgements).
Headings
- Only capitalise the first letter of the heading (sentence case).
- Use font Times New Roman with size 10 and bold for the first level heading.
- Use font Times New Roman with size 10, bold and italic for the second level heading.
- Use font Times New Roman with size 10, bold, italic and underlined for the third level heading.
- Leave one line above and one line below the headings.
- All headings should be left-justified.
Abbreviations
- Abbreviations should be defined at first mention and used consistently thereafter.
Tables
- All tables are to be numbered using Arabic numerals.
- Tables should always be cited in text in consecutive numerical order.
- A table title explaining the components of the table must be included.
- Properly credit previously published content by including a copyright attribution note at the bottom of the table, indicating the source by following the copyright attribution format of APA 7th.
- All tables should be in a form suitable for journal publication. Format the tables in TABLE FORMAT via your word processor using Word. All tables must be placed within the text where appropriate, not placed at the end of the manuscript. Do not use "Insert Table X about here" in the manuscript.
Figures
- All figures are to be numbered using Arabic numerals.
- Figures should always be cited in the text in consecutive numerical order.
- Each figure should have a concise caption describing accurately what the figure depicts. Include the captions in the text file of the manuscript, not in the figure file.
- Figure captions begin with the term ‘Figure’ in non-bold type, followed by the figure number.
- Properly credit previously published content by including a copyright attribution note at the bottom of the figure, indicating the source by following the copyright attribution format of APA 7th.
- All figures should be in a form suitable for journal publication. All figures must be placed within the text where appropriate, not placed at the end of the manuscript. Do not use "Insert Figure X about here" in the manuscript.
Conflict of Interest
It should disclose any financial or non-financial interests such as political, personal, or professional relationships that may be interpreted as having influenced the manuscript. The phrase "The authors declare no conflicts of interest" should be included if there is no conflict of interest.
Author contribution Statement
All listed authors must have made a significant scientific contribution to the research in the manuscript, approved its claims, and agreed to be an author. It is important to list everyone who made a significant scientific contribution. Provide at minimum one contribution for each author in the manuscript and use the CRediT taxonomy to describe each contribution.

Data Availability Statement
The data availability statement is a valuable link between a paper’s results and the supporting evidence. JRPPTTE data policy is based on transparency, descriptions of what data are available and/or information on how to access data that is not publicly available.

3. The authors do not have permissions to share data
4. Data will be made available on request

Acknowledgements
- Acknowledgements of people, grants, funds, etc. should be placed before ‘References’. The names of funding organizations should be written in full.
References
- Reference entries must be written in APA 7th edition format.

- Author(s) must obtain the necessary permission to reuse third-party material in the article. For any material for which the author(s) does not hold copyright, the author(s) will need to obtain written permission from the copyright owner before submission.
