Developing a CEFR Aligned English Teaching Module for Listening and Speaking Skills for Help the Teaching Among MOE Preschool Teachers

This study aims to obtain expert agreement on the development of CEFR English Teaching Module for MOE preschool teachers using the Fuzzy Delphi Method. the Fuzzy Delphi method is implemented to obtain input to design and build modules. The objective of this study is to obtain expert agreement on the objectives of the module, teaching strategies, teaching techniques, appropriate activities, teaching resource materials and appropriate assessment methods used in the CEFR English teaching module. The expert questionnaire items were constructed from interviews with 5 experts aimed at obtaining expert consensus by using 7 Likert scales. The expert questionnaire was distributed to 14 experts with over 10 years of experience in the field of early childhood education and English. The research instrument is divided into 2 parts that include 45 research items to obtain expert agreement. The findings of the study indicate that the expert consensus agrees on several items regarding the content of the module. The implications of the study are expected to be able to improve the quality of teachers' teaching and make teaching more interesting and enjoyable.
