Media Variations in Education in Malaysia: A 21st Century Paradigm

To stay ahead in the knowledge and communication on the global stage, the need for media variations as a teaching and learning escort cannot be marginalized by any education sector in the world. The advantages of utilizing media variations in knowledge can address a form of education that is more quality. The global education scenario has developed rapidly that it has targeted a form of integration of the media variations in teaching and learning that must be enhanced by teachers in Malaysia. For this reason, this study was conducted to highlight the media variations in the era of modernization that may be applied in education in Malaysia. This study was conducted using the library methods. The process of data collection was through conceptual analysis such as books, journals, proceedings, newspapers, and so on. The information obtained be gathered, researched, and processed in-depth and suitable to the objective of the study. The study found that there are four (4) components of media variations that can be applied in education in Malaysia: use (interactive aspect), ease of use (relationship revolution), usefulness (elemental integration), and usability (modules and models). In conclusion, it is hoped that information on media variations can underpin teaching and learning activities in Malaysia and be practiced both practically and theoretically.
