The practice degree of distributed leadership among principals Government schools and its association with the teachers’ organizational loyalty level in Alwosta Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman

The current study aimed to reveal the degree of leadership practice distributed among government school principals in the Al Wusta Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used. The study population consisted of (1129) male and female teachers during the academic year 2021\2022.
The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The degree of school principals' practice of distributed leadership is high in all its dimensions, there are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05 ≥ α) attributed to the study variables (gender - educational qualification - experience - job title), the most important of which are: the level of organizational loyalty among teachers was high, and there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05 ≥ α) due to the study variables (sex - educational qualification - years of experience - job title). In light of the findings of the study, it recommended the organization of an exchange of visits program between male and female principals in order to exchange experiences among them in the dimensions of distributed leadership, whether at the governorate level or with nearby governorates, spreading the culture of organizational loyalty within educational institutions at the level of the Sultanate.
