International Humanitarian Intervention: A Review of the Conflict and Legality

Abstract

In this paper, the author debate on the problems related to the status of international humanitarian intervention from the standpoint of legislative and the international community. It is refer to the controversial over the legality of humanitarian intervention itself which is become mechanism to resolve a conflict and unrest in the country. On the one point, these activities violated the sovereignty of a state, but in the other side, is it other countries or international organizations need to inaction, allow a human rights violation that occurred in the critical limit in the name of a state's sovereignty?. Thus, the objective of this article is to describe the concept of humanitarian intervention and to unwind some of the emerging issues to its implementation from the legislative aspects and the views of some profound thinkers
