தமிழ்மொழிக் கற்றல் கற்பித்தலில் ‘வேர்ட்வால்’ பயன்பாடு

The Usage of Wordwall in Teaching and Learning Tamil

Abstract

இந்தச் செயலாய்வு, தமிழ் மொழிக் கற்றல் கற்பித்தல் ‘வேர்ட் வால்’ (Wordwall) எனும் செயலின் மூலம் மிக விரைவாகவும், புதுமையாகவும் மதிப்பீட்டினை மேற்கொள்வதற்காக இவ்வாய்வு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டது. இச்செயலி மாணவர்களுக்கு மிகவும் விருப்பான ஒன்றாகும்.  இச்செயலியானது தரவுகளை விரவில் திரட்டவும் மற்றும் மாணவர்களின் அடைவு நிலையையும் உயர்த்தவும் துணைபுரிகிறது (Idrus, et al, 2021). லாடாங் பத்தாக் ராபிட் தோட்டத் தமிழ்ப்பள்ளியைச் சேர்ந்த ஆறு மாணவர்கள் இந்த ஆய்வுக்குட்படுத்தப்பட்டனர். இந்த ஆய்வானது ‘Teori Pembelajaran Kognitif’ (Woolfolk,1998) எனும் கோட்பாட்டை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளது. முன்னறி தேர்வு, பின்னறி தேர்வு போன்ற ஆய்வுக்கருவிகளைப் பயன்படுத்தி இவ்வாய்வின் தரவுகள் திரட்டப்பட்டுள்ளன. ஆகவே, இந்த ஆய்வின் முடிவு, தமிழ்மொழிக் கற்றல் கற்பித்தலில் வேர்ட் வால் எனும் செயலியானது மிகச் சிறந்த வகையில் மதிப்பீட்டினை மேற்கொள்ள உதவுகின்றது என்பதனை உறுதிபடுத்துகிறது.

Abstarct: This study was carried out in order to make a rapid and innovative assessment of tamil language learning pedagogy through an activity called 'Wordwall'. This app is very popular for the students. This app helps to gather data in a wide way and also to raise students' achievement levels (Idrus, et al, 2021). Six students from Ladang Pathak Rapid Estate Tamil School were subjected to this study. This study is based on the principle of 'Teori Pembelajaran Kognitif' (Woolfolk, 1998). Data from this study have been collected using tools such as predictive selection and regression selection. Therefore, the results of this study confirm that wordwall, an application in the teaching of Tamil language learning, helps in making the best possible assessment.
