A Study on Teaching and Learning During the Pandemic COVID 19

Abstract

கோவிட்19 என்கிற மிகப் பயங்கரமான தொற்று நோய் உலகத்தையே சிதைத்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறது. இந்தத் தொற்றின் காரணமாகப் பல துறைகள் இயங்கமுடியாமல் சிக்கலை நோக்கிச் செல்வதைக் காணமுடிகிறது. அது கற்றல் கற்பித்தலையும் விட்டுவைக்கவில்லை. பள்ளிகளில் பாரம்பரியமாக நடந்து வந்த கற்றல் கற்பித்தல் வகுப்பையே மாற்றி அமைத்தது. இந்தியாவில் குறிப்பாகத் தமிழ் நாட்டில் புதிய முறையான இயங்கலை கற்றல் கற்பித்தல் (Online teaching and learning) பள்ளிகளில் நடைமுறைக்கு வந்தது. இக்கட்டுரை குமரி மாவட்டத்திலிருக்கும் பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களிடமிருந்தும் மாணவர்களிடமிருந்தும் பெறப்பட்ட தரவுகளின் அடிப்படையில் அமைந்திருக்கிறது. மேலும், இது இணையம் வழி நடைப்பெறுகின்ற பள்ளி வகுப்பின் உண்மை நிலையைக் கண்டறிவதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது. இவ்வாய்வில் 25 ஆசிரியர்களும் 135 மாணவர்களும் கலந்துகொண்டனர். வினா நிரல் மூலம் பத்து பள்ளிகளிலிருந்து தரவுகள் திரட்டப்பட்டன. முடிவாக, இவ்வாய்வின் மூலம் கற்றல் கற்பித்தல் வகுப்பறையில் சிக்கலின்றி பயன்யுள்ளதாக நடைபெறுகிறது எனக் காட்டுகிறது.

The pandemic COVID19 is destroying the world. The whole world has stuck and many issues rose due to this pandemic. It affected even the process of teaching and learning. It changed the traditional way of teaching and learning in schools. A new method online teaching and learning was implemented in India especially in Tamil Nadu schools. This article focussed on the schools in Kanyakumari District of Tamil Nadu. It is based on the data collected from the teachers and students through online. The aim of the study is to conduct a study among schools teachers and students to identify the real situation of their online class. 25 teachers and 135 students participated in this study. Data were collected from 10 different schools through a structured questionnaire. Finally, the study shows that teaching and learning are taking place effectively without any issue.
